General Notary Services
I can notarize documents that you get from your attorney, your insurance company, your bank, documents for permits, and much more. I can also draft custom documents for all your needs. I have done property transfers, vehicle sales, power of attorney, wills, affidavits of small succession, provisional custody by mandate and much more. Call for a consult today!
Mobile Notary Services
While I traditionally offer notary services at my home, I also offer traveling notary services, where I come to you at your home, office or any convenient location. I offer service to nursing homes and hospitals. Unfortunately, at this time, I do not offer service at the local jails.
Real Estate Closings
I have been a certified loan signing agent since 2020. I worked through the pandemic, notarizing thousands of refinances, HELOC, loan modifications, seller packages, buyer packages, applications, and other important real estate documents. I have received specialized training in this area from the National Notary Association, and am commissioned, insured and bonded with all required background checks.
Document Drafting Services
As a Louisiana notary, I have the authority to draft all types of legal documents that comply with our unique laws. I also offer printing services.

I need some loan modification paperwork notarized. I had 3 different notaries notarize multiple copies that were not accepted by the mortgage company. Monarch notary caught what the issue was (since the mortgage company didn’t tell me), and was able to get my paperwork completed correctly.
