I Need a Quote. Whom Do I Contact?
I have to know your situation to be able to quote you a price, but most notarizations are $30 for up to three documents. We do run specials on certain documents, so please call to discuss.
What Is A Civil Law Notary?
A Civil Law Notary is unique to Louisiana. Our commission authorizes us to draft documents, while notaries in other states are not allowed to do this. We cannot legally advise you, but we can draft forms for you.
What Are the Payment Methods You Accept?
Cash, All Major Credit Cards (small fee applied by Square), Zelle, Paypal and Venmo.
What are your hours?
We are a home based small business. If I am available, I am happy to help you. What this means is that we are open 24/7, but by appointment.

Do I Really Need an Notary?
There are simply some things that require notarization to be valid. A notary is a safeguard against fraud, as they are required to identify all signers. Therefore, you MUST bring a valid government issued ID with you at the time of notarization.
What if I can't make it to you?
I do have mobile notary services available for an additional travel fee.
I bought a car and the seller just signed the title over to me. Do I still need a Notary?
It depends on the state. If it is Louisiana, then the answer is always yes. Other states may not require notarization. Contact us to discuss.
My document is already signed, can you notarize it?
The main purpose of a notary is to witness signatures. Please refrain from signing documents that require notarization until you are before the notary.

NNA Certified and Background checked
In addition to being a notary, I am also specifically trained as a loan signing agent. This means I have industry specific training from the banking and title industry to close loans properly. Not all notaries are the same. Make sure you have one that has experience with loan documents if you need that service. Otherwise, you will be paying double to have it done twice and could lose your interest rate or have your purchase fall through.
